Key Observations

FIRSTHOLDCO dominated volume on the day, accounting for 46.7% of total EE volume traded — 57.4 million shares changing hands. ACCESSCORP was second with 36 million shares. DANGCEM and SEPLAT saw light activity relative to their market cap weight, with SEPLAT trading fewer than 13,000 shares despite being one of the largest stocks in the index by market capitalisation.

In terms of value, FIRSTHOLDCO also led at NGN 3.52 billion — over 36% of total EE value traded. MTNN contributed NGN 1.87 billion despite trading only 2.5 million shares, reflecting its high per-share price of approximately NGN 830.

Market Cap Context (as at 24 Jun 2026)

Using price-adjusted market caps from 19 June 2026 data, the total EE market capitalisation as at 24 June 2026 was approximately NGN 56.034 trillion. DANGCEM remains the largest constituent by market cap despite a ~10% price decline in the period, followed by MTNN and SEPLAT.
